AI Search
Describe the role. AI searches LinkedIn.
AI turns your brief into Google searches of public LinkedIn profiles and lists the people it finds. Anyone already in your talent pool shows beside the results, and Save to Project keeps a person in one press.

How It Works
From a brief to a shortlist, in four steps.
- 1
Describe who you want
Type the role in a sentence, or paste a job description. Prefer your own Boolean? Normal Search gives you the fields and the string.
- 2
AI searches LinkedIn
It writes the searches from your brief and runs them on public LinkedIn profiles, with the people already in your talent pool beside the results.
- 3
Save in one press
Their name, LinkedIn, role, company, tenure and school go into the project. Add CVs too, by upload or drag and drop.
- 4
Work one pipeline
Everyone in the project in one list: To Review, Shortlisted, Keep in View or Rejected. Attach a CV, add notes, message them on WhatsApp.
Talent Pool
Everyone you save stays yours.
Every person saved into a project joins your talent pool. A new search shows the people you already have beside its LinkedIn results, so you look in your own database first.
- Your own people beside every search.
- The companies of the people you save are searched next.
- Everyone you save stays yours for the next role.

You Stay in Control
AI writes the searches. You decide.
You move every candidate
Nobody is shortlisted or rejected by the software. A person moves through your pipeline only when someone on your team moves them.
Your own Boolean, any time
Normal Search swaps the box for job titles, keywords, place and companies, shows the search string to edit, and uses none of your AI searches.
Public profiles only
Searches read what Google shows of public LinkedIn profiles. Nobody signs in to LinkedIn, and nothing is posted or sent for you.
Who It Is For
Built for the people who do the hiring.
Recruitment agencies
Many roles, many applicants, and a database that should be worth more every month.
- A project for each search, and everyone you find kept for the next one.
- Fill the next role from people you already have, before you search again.
- Your own Boolean beside the searches the AI writes.
In-house hiring teams
A few open roles, a hiring manager waiting, and no time to search LinkedIn by hand.
- Find people on LinkedIn while the job ad is still running.
- Keep each shortlist in a project, with CVs and notes on every person.
- Message a candidate on WhatsApp from their profile once you have their number.
Candidate Data
Made for hiring in Malaysia and Singapore.
Both countries have a Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and a CV or a profile is personal data. This is what Agentic Blue does with it:
- Candidate records are stored in a database hosted in Singapore.
- Your talent pool is visible only to your own company.
- LinkedIn profiles are found through Google's public results; nobody signs in to LinkedIn.
- A retention limit you set, with candidates past it listed for an admin to review and delete.
How candidate data is stored and processed, in full: Trust.

Questions
Before you start.
Who can use Agentic Blue?
It is open to the next 100 users, each with 200 AI searches a month. After that, it is invitation only: request access and a person replies by email.
How is pricing set?
Plans are per seat, with an allowance of AI use shared across your team. We agree the price with you after your request is approved.
Does it search LinkedIn for me?
Yes. Describe who you want and AI writes the searches. They find public LinkedIn profiles through Google, so nobody signs in to LinkedIn; you open the profiles and save the ones worth contacting.
Can I write my own Boolean search?
Yes. Normal Search swaps the box for job titles, keywords, location and companies, shows the search string so you can edit it, and does not use your AI searches.
Is my candidate data shared with other companies?
No. Your talent pool is yours alone, and other companies on Agentic Blue cannot see or search it.
