About Agentic Blue
Agentic Blue is a recruitment software company. It builds an AI-native applicant tracking system for recruitment agencies and in-house hiring teams in Malaysia and Singapore: every application in one list, every CV read against the job’s must-haves, and every past applicant ready for the next job.
What we build
A recruiter opens a job by pasting a job description or a few lines about the role, and the JD Builder Agent writes the posting. Applications arrive by themselves from Jobstreet application emails and the job’s own apply page, or as CVs the recruiter uploads. AI reads every CV against the job’s must-haves and shows the CV line behind each one, so the list arrives in order. A shortlist goes to the hiring manager as one link they answer, and everyone who applied stays in the talent pool for the next job.
Where a workspace switches on the AI Interviewer module, Blue, an agent-native AI interviewer, holds a first-round interview with each applicant, typed by default or by voice or video, and AI Ranking scores it against the recruiter’s criteria with the reasoning and the transcript attached.
Why the first round
When a role draws hundreds of applicants, most of them never get a conversation. They are sorted on a CV, or they wait a week for a call and take another job in the meantime. The first round is where hiring is slowest and least fair, and it is the part a well-built AI can do for every applicant without taking the decision away from a person.
What we will not build
- An interviewer that hides that it is an AI.
- A system that rejects candidates without a person deciding.
- Scoring of faces, voices or anything a candidate did not say.
- A talent pool that another company can see or search.

Who it is for
Recruitment agencies and in-house hiring teams, from a single recruiter to a talent team hiring continuously, in retail, food and beverage, contact centres, logistics, hospitality and anywhere else a role fills from a crowd. Agentic Blue is invitation only and priced per seat, as the pricing page sets out.
