10 best AI sourcing tools in Malaysia (2026)
Every tool here finds people who have not applied to your job. They differ in where their profiles come from, whether they say anything about Malaysia, and whether you can see the price before a sales call.

What counts as an AI sourcing tool
An AI sourcing tool finds people who have not applied to your job. You describe the role, in your own words or with a job description, and it returns a list of people to review. An applicant tracking system keeps track of the people who did apply, and an AI interviewer talks to them. Both are covered in our buying guide to AI recruitment software.
When we looked in October 2026, the lists of recruitment software written for Malaysia ranked applicant tracking systems and interview tools, and none ranked candidate search. Three things separate the tools below more than anything else:
- Where the profiles come from. Most say they search an index of 800 million to over a billion profiles gathered from many sources. LinkedIn searches its own members, and Jobstreet its own candidates.
- Whether they say anything about Malaysia. None of the tools built in the US names Malaysia or Southeast Asia on its pages. Jobstreet is the only one that gives a Malaysian number.
- How you buy it. Some have a free plan and a price on the page. Others start with a demo.

1. Agentic Blue
Describe the role in your own words, or paste a job description, and Agentic Blue searches public LinkedIn profiles, with no LinkedIn login. Each candidate shows their work history and how they match your criteria. You save the right ones to a project and move them through your pipeline. Only your team moves candidates forward.
Each search shows the job titles, requirements and companies it looked for. You can change any of them and run the search again with Apply Changes. Each requirement is a Must or a Nice to Have, and each person found shows which requirements their profile meets. Find More brings the next set, with no one you have already seen. Everyone your team saves joins your company’s talent pool and shows as In Your Pool the next time they come up.
Pricing: a Free plan with 3 AI searches a month. Starter is US$49 (RM 199) per seat a month, and Growth is US$99 (RM 399) per seat a month for up to 5 seats, paid monthly.
Where it falls short: it does not give you emails or phone numbers, send outreach or connect to an applicant tracking system, so you contact people yourself. It searches public profiles only, so someone whose public profile says little is hard to find. It publishes no security certification such as SOC 2.
2. Juicebox
Juicebox describes itself as an AI recruiting platform that learns how you search. You describe the person in plain language and it turns that into filters, which decide who appears, and criteria, which rank them. Each person gets a label such as Good Match or Potential Fit. Its Agents keep sourcing for each open role in the background. It says it has 800 million profiles from more than 30 data sources, adds region-specific sources for wider coverage, and refers questions about particular countries to its sales team.
Pricing: a free plan with a few searches. Starter is US$99 a seat a month billed yearly, or US$119. Growth is US$179 billed yearly, or US$199. Agents cost US$199 an agent a month on any paid plan.
Worth knowing: paid plans include credits for emails and phone numbers, and email sequences. When we tried the free plan in October 2026, opening a page of results we had not seen used one free search. In October 2026 Juicebox also agreed to buy Fetcher’s assets.
3. Pin
Pin starts from one line, such as a job title and company, or from a job description, and asks follow-up questions such as seniority. It shows the criteria it built, which you can change by asking, and explains each match with yes or maybe answers. It also writes and sends outreach from your own inbox and books interviews. It says it searches more than 850 million profiles, and the coverage named on its homepage is North America and Europe.
Pricing: a free plan with 3 searches a day, 5 contact credits a week and one job. Solo is US$100 a user a month, billed yearly only. Professional is US$135 a user a month, billed yearly.
Worth knowing: Solo cannot be paid month by month. Pin has also published a study of more than 100,000 searches on how requirements change the results, which the last section uses.
4. LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite
LinkedIn sells two seats. Recruiter Lite is for people hiring a few roles a year, with more than 20 filters, 30 InMails a month and limited profile views across your first, second and third-degree network. Recruiter is for teams hiring more often, with more than 40 filters, up to 150 InMails a month per seat and unlimited views of all members. Its AI-assisted search builds a search from pasted intake notes or a job description, and LinkedIn’s pages do not say whether Lite includes it. Hiring Assistant, an add-on to Recruiter, asks intake questions, runs searches and drafts messages, in English and six European languages.
Pricing: Recruiter is priced through LinkedIn’s sales team. Lite’s public page shows only a free trial. When we signed in from Malaysia on 25 October 2026, it showed RM 718.29 a month, or RM 590.94 a month billed yearly.
Worth knowing: you contact people by InMail, and it gives no email addresses or phone numbers. It is the only tool here that searches LinkedIn’s members with their full profiles, since the profiles are its own.
5. Jobstreet Talent Search
Talent Search searches Jobstreet’s own candidate database. You describe who you want in your own words, search by name or use Boolean. Basic is free, with limited filters and a limited number of candidates you can contact each month. Premium adds filters for companies, role titles and salary expectations, an approachability signal, full profiles with CVs and direct contact details. Jobstreet says employers can reach more than 7 million candidates in Malaysia, the only Malaysian figure any tool here publishes. Its AI features on the Malaysian pages, Assist and Personalised Targeting, work on the people who apply to your ads.
Pricing: Basic is free and Premium is quoted by its sales team. The pages show no ringgit prices.
Worth knowing: the people it finds have a Jobstreet profile, and you can invite one straight to apply to your Jobstreet ad.
6. SeekOut
SeekOut lets you describe the role in your own words and narrow it with more than 30 filters. It says it searches over a billion profiles from outside sources and your ATS, including patents, GitHub and publications, and gives the reasoning behind each match against your criteria. Its AI Coworker, in early access, plans the sourcing and drafts outreach for your approval.
Pricing: Sourcing Core is US$149 a month billed yearly, or US$179 monthly, with a 14-day trial and no card. Higher tiers are quoted.
Worth knowing: the self-serve tier comes with the help centre and trainings. A dedicated customer success manager starts on the tier above it.
7. hireEZ
hireEZ now presents itself as EZ Agent, agents that run the hiring pipeline on top of your ATS while recruiters make the decisions. You say the role and it sources, with the reasons behind each match. It also screens by voice or chat and schedules interviews. It says it covers more than a billion profiles across more than 45 platforms, and it holds SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.
Pricing: solo recruiters start at US$494 a month with a 7-day trial. Enterprise prices follow a four-week trial with your team.
Worth knowing: the solo plan is the highest published starting price on this list, and most customers on its site are large enterprises.
8. Gem
Gem combines an ATS, a CRM and sourcing. Its AI Sourcing Agent takes a description in your own words, a job description or an ideal profile, builds a search and gives each person a match score with reasons. It also searches your past candidates in your ATS and CRM. Gem says it covers more than 800 million profiles and finds verified email addresses.
Pricing: its main plans are priced by your company’s headcount. Startups of up to 10 people start at US$130 a month billed yearly (its homepage says US$135), and companies under 30 employees get the full product free for six months.
Worth knowing: Gem says its ATS is best for growing teams of up to a few thousand employees, so it suits a team that wants sourcing, tracking and outreach in one place.
9. Findem
Findem builds a people graph from career histories, which it says maps more than a billion career paths, and its agents build a candidate pool with the evidence for each person’s fit. Findem Studio lets you run a ready-made agent or build your own, and it offers an agent to try for free.
Pricing: not published. The route in is a demo.
Worth knowing: its pages say little about how a search is typed in, so ask for the demo to run one of your own roles.
10. Manatal
Manatal is an applicant tracking system with AI features on every plan. Its Sourcing Hub searches a third-party database it puts at 600 to 700 million profiles, using filters such as job title, location, company and skills, with up to 100 profiles a search. Its Chrome extension adds LinkedIn profiles to Manatal one at a time as you browse LinkedIn, and its AI Recommendations score the candidates already in your database against a job.
Pricing: US$15 a user a month billed yearly, or US$19 monthly. Enterprise is US$35 and Enterprise Plus US$55. Sourcing Hub gives 10 searches a month on the first two plans and 300 on Enterprise Plus. The trial is 14 days with no card.
Worth knowing: it is the only tool here whose pages name PDPA, and it posts jobs to Jobstreet. Its sourcing runs on filters, so it fits a team that wants an applicant tracking system first and some sourcing with it.
No longer available: Fetcher
Fetcher is still on many lists of sourcing tools, some of them dated after the news. On 6 October 2026 Juicebox announced it is buying Fetcher’s assets, and Fetcher is winding down its product. Fetcher’s own site now shows only the announcement. If a list recommends Fetcher, check its date.
Also on other lists
Lessie is a people search agent for recruiting, sales leads and partners, and shows a match score and reasons for each person. Its plans start at US$99 a month in credits, and its own pages disagree on what the entry plan costs. Loxo is an ATS and CRM for recruiting firms with AI search. Core starts at US$149 a user a month billed yearly, and its 850 million profile talent graph comes with the Professional plan.
How to choose between them
Run one real role through two free plans. Agentic Blue, Pin and Juicebox each have a free plan, and Jobstreet’s Basic search is free. Use a role you are hiring for, in your own city, and count the people who fit. None of the tools built in the US publishes how many Malaysian profiles it holds, so this is the only way to know.
Keep the must-haves few. Pin’s study of more than 100,000 searches, published in July 2026, found that 7.7% returned no one, rising to 17.1% when a degree was required. Juicebox’s guides make the same point: a filter hides everyone who does not match, and a criterion only ranks. Keep the dealbreakers, such as a licence, a work permit or a location, as must-haves, and let the rest rank.
Decide whether you need contact details inside the tool. Juicebox, Pin, Gem, SeekOut and Manatal sell email and phone credits. LinkedIn gives InMail, and Jobstreet gives contact details on Premium. Agentic Blue gives none.
Check what is counted. Tools count seats, searches, contact credits or pages of results, and some count more than one. Compare the allowance with how many roles you run in a month.
Ask the data questions before you buy. Only Manatal names Malaysia’s PDPA among these vendors, and the tools built in the US speak to GDPR and CCPA. The questions to ask any vendor are in our buying guide.
Questions people ask
Which AI sourcing tools cover Malaysia?
Jobstreet is the only one that publishes a Malaysian figure, more than 7 million candidates, and LinkedIn searches its own members. Agentic Blue searches whichever country your brief names. The tools built in the US name no Malaysian coverage on their pages, so test them with a real Malaysian role before you pay.
Is there a free AI sourcing tool?
Four have a free plan: Agentic Blue (3 AI searches a month), Pin (3 searches a day), Juicebox (a few searches) and Jobstreet Talent Search Basic (a limited number of candidates a month). SeekOut and Manatal have 14-day trials, hireEZ a 7-day trial, and LinkedIn a trial of Recruiter Lite.
Is LinkedIn Recruiter Lite enough?
LinkedIn calls Lite a simple sourcing tool for occasional hiring, with more than 20 filters, 30 InMails a month and limited profile views. If you hire a few roles a year and contact people by InMail, it may be. If you hire every month or want a ranked list from a job description, compare it with the tools above, several of which publish a lower price per seat than Lite showed in Malaysia.
What happened to Fetcher?
Juicebox announced on 6 October 2026 that it is buying Fetcher’s assets, and Fetcher is winding down its product. Its customers were offered a move to Juicebox.
