The First Round
Hundreds of applicants means hundreds of screening calls.
At 20 minutes a call, the first round alone takes 167 hours for 500 applicants.

A sample interview for a Sales Manager role. Blue asks how big the team was that Aisha carried quota for. Aisha answers: six reps across KL and Johor, with a number of her own on top. Blue follows up by asking about the last quarter the team missed and what she changed afterwards.
Sample. Openings are typed unless the employer chooses another format.
The Maths
What does screening 500 candidates really cost?
Screening takes paid hours, and an hour costs more than the salary suggests. On RM 5,000 a month, estimated employer costs bring that to about RM 6,000, or roughly RM 34 for each paid hour spent screening.
Your numbers
How your candidates answer:
Employer cost is taken as 1.2x salary, spread across a 22-day month of 8-hour days. What you pay us has no employer cost to add to it, which is what makes the two columns comparable.

Estimates, not guaranteed cash savings. You pay for each action as you run it, so a month is the comparison rather than a billing cycle.
Spend those hours on candidates worth a conversation.
That is an illustration, not a case study. It assumes a RM 5,000 monthly salary as the basis for estimating screening time cost, a 22-day month of 8-hour days, 20 minutes a screening, and the rate card at RM 3.10 a typed interview, so 500 of them come to RM 1,550.
Pricing
Pay for what you run.
No seats, no subscription, no package to guess at. You top up a balance and each action draws it down.

Questions
Before you start screening.
Will Blue replace my recruiters?
No. Blue handles the repetitive first-round screening so recruiters can spend more time on higher-priority work.
What if I don’t agree with the AI’s score?
You can see the reasoning and the candidate’s answers behind the assessment. The score supports your decision. It does not make the decision for you.
Can I decide what Blue looks for?
Yes. You set the criteria that matter for the role.
What happens if a candidate gives a poor answer?
Blue can ask follow-up questions during the interview to collect the information needed for the screening.
Do I have to schedule interviews?
No. Candidates complete the screening through a link on their own time.
Can I review the full conversation?
Yes. The transcript is available alongside the candidate’s summary and assessment.
How much does it cost?
The first 3 typed interviews each month are free. After that you pay as you go: RM 3.10 a typed interview, RM 0.55 a minute for voice or video, and no seat or subscription fee. Top up from RM 50.00.
Can a candidate use AI to answer for them?
Blue does not watch the screen and does not verify identity, so we do not claim to detect it. In a Video interview the camera is recorded for your hiring team and deleted after 30 days, and Blue never analyses it. What Blue does do is ask follow-up questions when an answer is vague and keep every answer as it was written, so the full transcript arrives with the summary and anything that matters can be checked in the next round.
Will candidates take an AI interview?
They are told it is an AI before the first question and have to agree. There is no account to create, no app to install and no slot to book, and a candidate who stops can reopen the link and carry on. We do not publish completion rates.
Does it work with my ATS?
There is no ATS integration today. You can export a candidate to PDF, and anyone on your team can open a candidateâs profile, answers and transcript in Agentic Blue. ATS integration is listed under Enterprise as planned, not as something you can use yet.
Where is candidate data stored?
Candidate records and interview transcripts are stored in a database hosted in Singapore. Processing is separate: to write Blueâs replies and summaries, interview text goes to third-party AI providers, and dictated audio to a speech-to-text provider, which can be outside Malaysia. The trust page sets out the details.
